VAASTU PLANS
Vaastu 2D plan is a step that follows the 2D plan in the design process. Akasti Designs is amongst the very few design companies that takes Vaastu into consideration while creating a design. After the 2D plan is complete, we pass on the plan to Vaastu experts who evaluate the plan as per Vaastu principles and then make necessary changes with the help of designers. Vaastu experts check if the layout of the rooms, the location of the rooms and other factors in the design are according to the Vaastu principles so that your house is not only good technically but also aesthetically.
2D FLOOR PLAN
Creating a 2D plan is the first step in the home design process. In this plan, we decide the number of rooms that we want to include in the house, the type of rooms that we want to include, the location and placing of the rooms in the entire design and amount of space that you want to allocate to each room. This design gives a holistic view of the entire design at a single glance and helps you to develop an understanding of how the final design will look like.
3D FLOOR PLAN
A 3D floor plan, or 3D floorplan, is a virtual model of a building floor plan, depicted from a birds eye view, utilized within the building industry to better convey architectural plans. Usually built to scale, a 3D floor plan must include walls and a floor and typically includes exterior wall fenestrations, windows, and doorways. It does not include a ceiling so as not to obstruct the view.
3D ELEVATION
This plan provides you a realistic three-dimensional view of your house and helps you to get a feel of how the house will look after its construction is complete. Akasti Designs strives hard to give the best exterior design to our client which depends upon the factors like width of front and side road, terrain, side building, surrounding nature etc.
EARTHQUAKE RESISTANT STRUCTURE
This plan contains the earthquake resistant structural details of the construction. Things like the type and size of reinforcement, details and location of the slabs, beams, footings, staircase, and other structural details are included in this plan.
PLUMBING DESIGN
This plan details out the plumbing related aspects of a construction. Things like the positioning of the pipes, water tanks, sewage tank, toilets, bathrooms, and other plumbing details are mentioned in this plan.
ELECTRIC DESIGN
The entire electrical fittings, wirings and other electrical elements are detailed out in this plan. In all modern constructions, the wirings are concealed hence it is very important that all the fittings are planned even if the electrical equipment is not immediately fitted. For example, even if you don’t plan to install an air conditioner in your master bedroom, we prepare the wirings and fittings beforehand so that when you want to install the AC, you need not bother about the wirings and fittings.
MATERIAL ESTIMATE DESIGN
Contains the detailed estimate of the construction. Material quantity and cost, labor quantity and cost, time to complete each stage of the construction, time to fish the entire job and other associated details are mentioned in the estimate. The estimate helps you to plan your resources so that the construction work can start and end smoothly without any hindrances.
STEEL ESTIMATION
Structural steel prices can vary widely, even just from one day to the next. Considering that major construction projects take months to years to complete, failure to account for potential fluctuations across the proposed time span of the project can throw your budget and the entire project into a tailspin. That's why we calculate steel rods with diameters and numbers (kg) in advance to save your project budget.
INTERIOR DESIGNS
This plan contains all the interior design details of the rooms starting right from the design and coloring on the walls, the type of furniture that you want to have in your house, the flooring type, the look and feel of your washroom, kitchens, balcony and other rooms and every other interior design related aspect.
PLOT LAYOUT PLAN
A site plan or a plot plan is a type of drawing used by architects, landscape architects, urban planners, and engineers which shows existing and proposed conditions for a given area, typically a parcel of land which is to be modified. Sites plan typically show buildings, roads, sidewalks and paths/trails, parking, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer lines, water lines, lighting, and landscaping and garden elements

Exterior 3D View
An exterior elevation drawing is analogous to a photo showing what front two side of the house looks like from the outside.
